St. Stephen, NB – February 3, 2026

St. Stephen author Sari Green continues the roll-out of her epic fantasy series The Godchild Saga, with Book Two, The Iceborne Spire, now available for order, following the November 2025 release of Book One, The Drowned Fortress.

The Godchild Saga follows Casandra, a young woman taken from her world and thrust into a realm on the brink of collapse. Marked as the Godchild — a being created by the gods themselves — she is tasked with recovering five ancient elemental crystals before a Dark Lord consumes the world.

Book One, The Drowned Fortress, introduces Casandra’s journey and centers on the search for the Crystal of Tides. As she begins to understand her role in the world, she learns that power comes with consequence, and survival often demands impossible choices.

Book Two, The Iceborne Spire, builds directly on those events, pushing Casandra deeper into hostile territory as the physical and emotional cost of her destiny intensifies. The second installment expands the mythology of the series while testing the bonds between Casandra and those determined to protect her.

“I came up with the concept for this series nearly a decade ago,” said Green. “But it took years to find the voice and emotional grounding the story needed. These books aren’t just about magic or prophecy — they’re about endurance, responsibility, and what it means to keep going when the cost keeps rising.”

Green is a former newspaper reporter and current online content writer who has been writing since childhood. The Godchild Saga marks her debut in epic fantasy, blending cinematic pacing with character-driven storytelling.

The Drowned Fortress and The Iceborne Spire are available now in Kindle eBook, paperback, and hardcover formats on Amazon.

Book Three of The Godchild Saga, Verdance Rising, is expected to release in April, 2026.
